Hi! Thank you for sharing that interesting story about your dad and VW's. It makes us wonder what Wexford was like in 1969! Do you remember anything else specific about the area around that time? It would be great to get some insights into the changes that have taken place since then.
A whole lot has changed, We used to get our penny candy from the now antique shop in Wexford across from Cole tavern... So much has changed. Just a slight glimpse. My brother made the trail in Emmit park as a boy scout project and it appears it is still there. I would need much more time to give so many details.
