This home, still standing in 2020, was owned by the Bulter family and it is located at the corner of Cowpath Rd and Bocktown Rd (rt 151) in Independence Township, a short distance from the Maslek Farm (now the Beaver County Independence Marsh). The road seen along the bottom of the photo, curving up the left side of the photo is Cowpath Rd. Just to the rt of this image, and out of view, is the intersection where Cowpath meets Bocktown Rd.
