Do you know if this still exists today? would you know the nearest intersection on Rt. 488

The house and other buildings are still there, but I'm not sure of any business taking place of significance at this time. It is still all well maintained.
Shortly down this road, which is 488, to the left/west in the picture, is a left hand intersection onto Stone Church Rd. Going east on 488 to the right in the picture, leads to Prospect, PA, about 3 miles, and beyond that is Rt. 422.
