My name is Tim Schwer. I purchased this home at auction last month (Nov '18). I've been extensively researching the history of this property ever since, and the Village of Kimberton, PA (19442) itself. This is how I came across your site, searching for aerial photos to determine when my pond was possibly built.

Is there any chance the photo I'm viewing is cropped from a larger scale of the original print, showing more of the property?

A lot has changed with the home in the past 30 yrs. There are 2 'bump out' additions on either end of the home, the porch has been replaced with a 4 season sunroom and attached decks, there's a new detached garage....and I'm guessing a pond, since the photo was taken. The spruce pine in the center island of the driveway is now 30+ feet tall.

I have aerial drone photos from the auction marketing and possibly from the same perspective as this photo. These may be of some interest to you.
