Opalisky homestead built in 1905. Ten children, six sons, 4 daughters. Small farm. Daughter Sally married John Thomchick and raised two sons John and Jerry there. Sally lived there until 2005 when house was sold to Vershack family who have made many very nice updates. Three acres Bigler and Beccaria Township overlap. Near Smoke Run Croatian Club. Neighbors were Premetine, Johns, Belin.
