Is this a Carlisle SynTec building? The road in the foreground looks like route 11, just to the southwest of Carlisle, PA. Across the tracks, the fuel storage could be the current site of Aero Energy Carlisle on the Newville Road.

This is Carlisle Coatings & Waterproofing manufacturing plant at 1275 Ritner Highway.
