Dubs Farm, Silver Spring Township, Mechanicsburg Pa

Although this house was owned by the Dubs' family when the photo was taken, this was originally the Neff Walker Sr family homestead. My mother, Edith Walker (later Edith Sgrignoli), was born here along with her other seven siblings. Neff Walker then sold this to the Dubs', but unsure of the timeframe for that (I'm suspecting in the 50s). This house even had an elevator!

I was talking to my older sister tonight, and she informed me that Pop Walker (our grandfather) died in 1950 or thereabouts, and he had sold the farm in the late 40s (vice in the 50s) prior to his passing.
