This was Carl Snyder's Century 21 office in 1997. Since then I believe it was a hair salon, a framing (pictures, documents) business and a tattoo parlor. And empty a lot in between. Recently an outdoor bbq stand has been in the parking lot in warmer months and I think they're renovating the building into an indoor restaurant - not sure.
