Don't know anything about the house and camper in the foreground but the railyard was originally the B&O. It was bought by a private investor and train lover who ran tourist excursion on the old existing tracks. Vandals burned sheds garaging rolling rail stock which forced the business into banruptcy. There seems to be a bike/hike trail on a section of the old lines now.
