Hollowell Church, corner of Hollowell Rd and Leitersburg Rd, Waynesboro, PA. My mother, Mary Morter was born in the house across Leitersburg Rd from the church in 1926. She attended school right across Hollowell Rd from the house. My uncle Perry Morter, 1934, tended the furnace in the church basement on Sundays. Locals used to gather around a radio at the Wingerton elevator a short distance down Leitersburg Rd for entertainment and news.
