I remember this house as the home of Hallie R. and Vista Phillips when I was growing up. It is situated where Teagarden Lane turns north off of Oak Ridge Road in Richhill Township.

Consol Coal Co owns it. The house is vacant and windows boarded up. Very sad. July 2018 - The large open hill to the left is pretty much gone with all sorts of dozers and ground grading. Probaby another well pad. Elmer Staggers would visit the top of that hill everyday - he loved it and the view... It is gone now.
