I believe this is where the Kidspeace Campus is in Orefield, PA. Kidspeace, according to it's website, opened here in 1993, so I don't know what this building was home to in 1982?
The buildings in the foreground are Lehigh Carbon Community College (then Lehigh County Community College). The buildings upper left are LCTI, then known as Lehigh County Vo-Tech. The KidsPeace Campus is a half mile or so to the South.
