My husband grew up here with his family when they moved out of Wilkes-Barre after the Agnes flood in 1972. We then purchased the home from his parents in @ 1998 and updated and sold it in 2005 when we built a new home about a mile and a half away on Acher Rd. The original farmstead had many acres that were eventually sold off to family prior to 1972 and the daughter of that farmer was Myrtle Rinehimer (her married name).
