Shipton farm, Fredonia, PA. It was also the historic Ball farm of the 1800s, large, prosperous, and a local landmark. The Ball family cemetery is located on this (private) property. https://www.findagrave.com/cemetery/2...

There used to be an apple tree planted by Johnnie Appleseed on that land.
