Hill Meadow Stables

Yes. Hill Meadow is long gone. It was along Business Route 209 in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.

Used to go horseback riding here in the mid and late 1960's. The trails wound all around the back of the house there and up into the woods. It was a wonderful place! Great memories.

I was a camper there for many years and Miss Flo became a dear friend to me until she died a few years ago. This was a wonderful place where young girls could spend the summer. Such wonderful childhood memories. Now, it is completely overgrown, the house and stable are gone and you'd never even know HMS ever existed. Very sad.
