I lived in this house from about 1972 until about 1979, the one with the wrap around porch with pillars.
It was once a blacksmith shop and also a school at one time. The house dates back to the late 1700's if I'm not mistaken. There used to be a hand operated well pump on the back porch that we could use in the 1970's, but its been removed. The house was also once made into two houses and had two sets of stairs and pretty much two of everything inside. But its now been converted into a single home with one inside staircase removed.
The barn is still standing but is leaning terribly to one side. The larger barn at bottom left was owned by the Silcox family who also owned all of the surrounding fields on both sides of the road.
