I believe this is my Grandparent’s Earl & Lottie Bird’s home. The barn across the street and the qwancet hut (not sure that is how it is spelled) up the street on the same side as the barn. I believe my Mom told me my Uncle Gordon and his wife, Edith lived in there at that time. At this time I was just 3 years old. I believe I see where my parents were living at the time but the picture is not close up and clear enough to know for sure.
Yes this is the Birds home. What looks like another road on the left is actually the railroad bed. You can see the trestle almost in line with the house. In the rear was the home of "Memmy Sarah and Pappy Tom". I am not sure of their last name. I know they were the parents of either John or Julie Bryfogle, who lived in the house at the far right of this picture.
