I believe this is Walton Tearoom Road at the intersection of Everglade road
The previous commenter is correct. This farm is in Hempfield Township. The house and springhouse still stand, but the barn and most of the outbuildings are gone. There are now two houses in the area of the upper left, and a new barn is being built just below the site of the old one.
