Thinking this is Hepler hardware on 119 outside outside of New Stanton
In 1968, this was Garden Center Restaurant in the front. Hepler's Hardware in the back. 119 is in the foreground going in to Youngwood. Stone Church Hill Road is in the backround - going over the creek.
