The barn in the very back is no longer there. The store has been closed for many years. The homeplace was passed on to my twin brother, Terry Ford, after my mother passed away in 1994.. When Terry passed away in 2016, he passed it on to me. Our family moved there in 1956 when I was nine years old. Ford’s grocery was and still is a landmark in the Curve community.
