We just purchased the home and 120 acres of land and would love to know more about the history. This house needs a lot of fixing up, including some foundation work, but she's got good bones and we're excited to bring her back to her former 1932 glory.

What are you most excited about updating on the property?

We whitewashed the brick on the porch and painted and resealed the floor. We are now working on updating the inside. Over the summer a new heating and ac system was installed, and we had the foundation issues repaired. I'd love to renovate the kitchen and bathroom next!
