Located at 3201 Carl Road, this house was built in 1886 and was torn down 2 years ago around May 15th, 2021 after selling in December of 2020 for $8.5m. In this picture, the house was a cream color with a dark grey-blue trim; in the late 80s or 90s, it went through some renovations and was painted yellow with cream colored trim. This land is currently for sale listed at $38,000,000. The guest house that is shown in the next roll has been completely renovated and was built around 1920. It'll be interesting to see what happens to this land.
