This house no longer exists. It was torn down and replaced by a brick home to the left of this house. This house was built by my grandfather William A Nevil in 1948. The previous house burned down the year before and was located where the barn sits in this photo. This was a 60 acre farm and in the 1920's was said to be some of the richest farm land in Collin County.
