Building in the bottom center is a Carpet/Flooring shop, probably as it was in 1991. In 1991, 78 would have been two lanes with light traffic. There's been a lot of development in the area since then, both retail and residential, and the road is six lanes with traffic jams at certain times of day. Some of the growth occurred in the 90's but the majority of it was after 2005 when Firewheel mall opened nearby.

That is Ted's Floor and Decor! He is still there too! Lakeside motors is in the place of village motors now.. I'm surprised that the lot to the right is empty, I just assumed there was a house there once..
