Farm headquarters for John Marshall and his sons Ron and Don. They are still farming today and share space with Scott Born who farms about 4000 acres in this area. This is in Trumbull TX, just south of Ferris, on I-45. Once a thriving community it is now just a wide spot in the road just west of I-45. This used to be the cotton gin for Trumbull and the surrounding area. Behind it is the UP (ex Southern Pacific, ex Houston & Texas Central) railroad and just beyond it can be seen large power line poles that mark where the Texas Electric Railway line used to be. It was abandoned in 1948. The little house in the far left center is no longer there.
