8100 FM 359 Rd. Originally the Precinct 4 headquarters, this is now the Bob Lutts Fulshear/Simonton Branch Library. Precinct commissioner Bob Lutts offered the land to the library in 1998 for Fort Bend County's third branch location. The county named the library for Commissioner Lutts after the recommendation from the Fulshear City Council.
The large precinct building was replaced by a new library building and the vehicle shed is gone. However, the small building that is mid-lower right in the photo is still in use on the library grounds. The Fulshear-Simonton Fire Department - 30626 5th St - is seen in the upper part of the photo
