This was the main residence for W.E. (Capt) and Nellie Denny. Their son Esten and daughter-in-law Eva lived here as well. It was located at 1511 FM 1463. Development and construction has re-routed FM 1463 but the house sat in the southeast corner of FM 1463 and Spring Green Blvd, more precisely where FM 1463 dead ends into The Reserve at Katy. The homestead was razed by mid-2008.
