10919 Clodine Rd - Windstream Communications. In 1985, this would have been Sugar Land Telephone Company, the precursor to Windstream Communications.
Based on research, the 'house' left of the buildings was probably 10913 Clodine Rd and appears to be the office for Sugar Land Telephone Co. That building has been gone since circa 2002.
