Located at the intersection of Bridgeland Heights Dr and Josey Ranch Rd, this was part of the old Josey Ranch. Businessman Lenoir Josey and family came to Houston during the Texas oil boom of the '20's and founded Josey Oil Company. By the mid-40's Lenoir Josey owned more than 5550 acres in the area that eventually was developed as Bridgeland.
