This apartment complex was located approximately 550 feet west of Fry Road and 850 feet north of Franz, about 75 feet due north of the culvert at Mayde Creek. The road leading to the location off Fry is still visible. As the flooding in the area grew worse, I'm sure this apartment bore the brunt built that close to Mayde Creek. The building was gone by May 2015. The small bridge in the upper left corner of the picture (over Mayde Creek) that provided access from Franz survived until Harvey in 2017 when aerial photos show a portion is either covered by flood waters or swept away. The bridge was razed in early 2019.
