I lived here from 1979 to 2003. Lost it due to divorce. The cellar would flood every spring. It has been extensively remodeled since then. I bought it for about 28K from Jim Rader, who had bought it from Chad Harter. Chad was a photographer and had built a darkroom in the basement which I found very useful when it was mine.
