I believe this is the farm of Donald and Carolyn Perron on located on Perron Hill Rd now owned by their son Evan Perron. I'll send this to Evan to verify.

I am standing on the milk house steps in this picture. That is my Uncle Roger's truck and my cousins had come for water because their well was so low that summer. I grew up on this farm. My parents Donald and Carolyn Perron and my two brothers Eric Perron and Evan Perron lived there from 1959. My brother still owns the farm, but instead of milking cows he produces organic maple syrup. Ellen Perron Dooley
