Newport City Motel?
This is the Bayview Motel not the Newport City Motel. You can tell because the Newport City Motel has Autumn Street by it. The little part and house section still stand today on Pleasant St (Ext.) My Memere Odile was a chambermaid here in the 1960s or 70s.
Today this building houses Richard's All Seasons Lodge, though as mentioned above much of the complex is gone; The large building with porches, attached home, and the longer building section with the "MOTEL" sign still exist today - all other buildings on that side of the road have been demolished. The porches have been enclosed and wrapper in vinyl siding today, and the roof over the section that has the porches is now hipped, similar to that of the house. A large addition was constructed in front of where the MOTEL sign is. The remainder of this lot is now parking for the establishment.
