This site in in Middlesex the former Chaplins Trucking company, later Bettis Junk yard and now Browns Salvage Yard. You can see the Winooski River and the CVRR tracks accross the river. It is near the Palasides Landfill and accross the River from the famous Slip Hill slide that occured in the 1927 flood. Used to be a beautful medow. The Arthur Buck farm is just east of this site.

Dad bought the place to run his auto salvage yard, we moved here from Middlesex. This was one nice location for us for many years. Its a shame how owners have let it go down hill since we sold it.
