This farm has been in my family, the Key/Croft family for generations. My great grandparents raised their 16 children here. My grandfather later purchased the farm and raised my father and his four brothers on this farm-operating it as a dairy farm with hogs and chickens then later as a beef cattle farm. This picture was taken the last year my father lived at home before marrying my mother. After my grandfather passed in the mid 90’s, the functioning farm was willed to his oldest son who also has beef cattle. My grandmother lived in this home until her passing. The home place is still in the Key family, awaiting the next generation to build a family within its walls.
