The Wigwam-- opened in 1934 as a restaurant and dance hall. The neighboring motel opened in the 60s. It was turned into a flea market and auction house in the mid 70s. Was abandoned in the 1990s. In 2019 the property was purchased and the old long abandoned motel was razed. The Wigwam dance hall was saved and moved farther back onto the property.
