Built around 1925 by the Simons family. They were and are still known in the county for the Simons Fruit Farm where locals bought peaches, fresh apple cider, and many other items. The house was last inhabited in the 1990s and has since fallen into disrepair. The land is still owned by the Simons family, as well as a portion on the opposite side of 360.
