13537 Post Oak Road, my parents Roy and Katherine Chewning raised 8 kids on the farm, from the time of their marriage in Jan 1936 until their passing in 1999 and 2008 respectively. Children James, Woodrow, Thelma, Carrie, Irvin, Deloris, Donald and Barbara all grew up here. Aside from the old chicken coup in the right-side corner, all the other buildings are still there. Son Irvin now owns the property.
