Owned by Carl Hutchinson in the 1940s, my grandparents French & Ethel Wayne, lived there briefly. In the 1960s the house was purchased by my uncle and aunt, David L. and Evelyn McGuire. The home was a warm and loving place with many happy memories for 50 years, but has since gone out of the family.
