This house was built by a VanStavern family and was subsequently sold to Mark Kilcolin DDS. It has been primarily a rental home since the 1960s but was recently bought by a young couple. I grew up in the two houses bordering it to the north with my parents Kyle and June Nichols and with my maternal grandparents Willy and Nanny Humphreys.
