This is my mother and father's house, and the house I grew up in. The barn, granary and silo are gone now and the house has been remodeled. The grassy area along the field is now a full grown woods.

I was seven when this picture was taken. It sure brings back memories. I believe that those chopper wagons were my grandpa's. The grassy area used to have ant hills that were knee high, now it all woods. There is a creek that runs behind the house along the trees. It flows into Stony Brooke that flows along the taller trees. About five years ago the low area flooded and the area where the creek entered Stony Brooke actually shifted a considerable distance. In the left upper corner you can see a large stone that we used to play on.

Farm can also be seen in photo 2 of roll 31.
