I think this was the Riechman house that was at the entrance to the Selwood Subdivision on Hwy 188. We called it the "Pig House" since the right side of it looked like two eyes (the upper windows) and the snout below.

Yes , your correct and it was over by Selwood. I see the features of the house that you mentioned.
