Robert and Marlene (Reed) Winkers owned this farm when this picture was taken. We raised our 3 children ,Karen, Kent and Kelly here. This is a Century Farm as it was in the Henry and Kate Reed name. Henry Reed (my grandfather) built the house around 1913 and there was a bathroom built upstairs when the house was built. Walk-in closets. Beautiful house. We built all the new out buildings but the barn has been torn down now. Was a lovely place to visit our grandma's house. Lots of memories at this farm before we bought it and after we bought it.. We sold off the house and buildings and 80 acres but kept the other 120 acres and built a new house along the main highway. We still are a Century Farm... On County A near Lancaster,WI
