The original owner and builder was Thomas McClelland, an early pioneer of the town of Berlin. In 1902 it was sold to Anton Kaszubowski who sold it to his son Frank, then to Frank's son Michael, then to Michael's nephew and niece, Mark and Anne Kasuboski who are the current owners.
