I think it is the Pen Hollow cheese factory on CtHwy NN.
My Grandfather Albert Greenheck owned a cheese factory back in the 30's I believe this could be the same place. My mother and her siblings were raised here.

The name of this cheese factory on County Rd NN is called (spelled) Penn Hollow. The valley where this cheese factory is located was called Pennsylvania Hollow.
