I was born and raised on this farm. My father, Charlie Voltz, was chosen as Conservation Farmer of the year shortly after this was taken (innovative in using terraces, contour strips and grassed waterways to control soil erosion). In 2006, the farm earned "Century Farm" status. Since this photo was taken, there have been some additional buildings added (a machine shed and some garage additions). My mother, LaVonne Voltz, still lives on the farm.
