This is My parents farm on Rainbow---Vernon Borchardt

According to Gail Stahnke, this was her parents farm. Vernon “Jim” Borchardt was her dad.
Does anyone know where this was?
According to comments below, this was in section 9, south of Rainbow Drive and east of 9th Lane.
And Vernon was more known by his nickname, “Jim”.
