Marty's Bar! Very Cool. I don't see the cabins behind the bar though. And across the highway was a wrecked 57 chevy convertable in the field. I drove past that place many times wondering if they would ever sell.

Marty's Bar, my Uncle Alfred Krahn built this bar in 1944 and sold it to Marty Sutter around 1947. Marty's Bar remained open until the put in the new highway (29). The road in front of Marty's Bar was called Rux's Road, my mothers family. Rux Road is now 9th Ave. One of the cabins from Marty's bar is kitty-corner at the home across Hi-way 29.
