This is the John Murphy homested. It was settled in the mid 1850s. Decendants of John Murphy still reside on this property.
The picture you show does not include the house which would be in the right side of the photo. When I first found this website I found this homested picture and it did show a corner of the house behind the trees. Can you get different shots of this picture? I grew up on this farm.
