29117 Washington Ave, Rochester. John Babik bought the farm from Jerry and Kathy Weinkauf in 1988. John passed away in 2005 but is still in the family and lovingly maintained by his wife, Jane Serdynski, her husband, Paul, and sons Brad Sundstrom and Kevin Babik. This is a 50 acre parcel and the land is rented to and worked by members of the Weinkauf family. The house has been remodeled, updated and added on to. The barn now has a metal roof and the 2 out buildings shown were sided and roofed with metal by John in the ,90â™s. Jerry built a large machine shed south of the house at some point and that too has been updated and now is heated and home to Paulâ™s excellent car collection and many recreational vehicles. Jane added an in ground swimming pool in 2010. This is a home and farm that is truly cherished.
